I enjoy the whole experience at Orangetheory. The trainers are fantastic and very knowledgeable, the music is always upbeat and energizing and the atmosphere there is just awesome. I love the variety of the workouts, how they always mix weight training with interval cardio training. It's always fun and always a challenge. The metrics they show during and after the workout are great too, knowing how many calories you've burned as well as seeing that you are working in your optimum target zone is really helpful too. I highly recommend you check it out for yourself!
